2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging, certificate, and receipt

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing defects

If you wish to exchange for a different design, it will be treated as a new purchase.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details for verification

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.


7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method


8. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping
